Bug reports from Torley!

As requested:

Lowercase first names aren't sorted correctly in transcript

Reproduce with this transcript, with "Create list of attendees" enabled:

Notice that "alpha" appears after "Zeta" in the attendees list.

Pasted mid-line timestamps trip up the parser

Repro with this transcript:

Notice how after inputting it, the output is borked — no attendees list or expected formatting.

I can repro both and see the issues. The first I think is a really minor bug.

The second... *uhm* yes this is a major issue. I've found the part in the code directly and see the problem but I can't immediately fix it :/

I will work on it within the next few days...
