Cascading Protection

Hi Novella :-)
I noticed, that you used a cascading protection to lock the Base conoscenza italiano portal and wanted to ask you to replace this protection with a non-cascading version. The cascading feature also blocks edits to the underlaying Template:Multi-lang. This isn't desired, since this template is constantly developed/improved. Furthermore, it also prevents Residents with the translator status in the Wiki to edit the page. So changing the protection level would be much appreciated :-)
