1. Add a new row above with Channel = "Help Test Channel"
2. Put link to new map file in the row.
3. Edit your Viewer settings.xml file and change HelpURLFormat to

http://viewer-help.secondlife.com/[LANGUAGE]/Help Test Channel/[VERSION]/[TOPIC][DEBUG_MODE]

Then restart Viewer and test help.
