Since the original Hand Out Kiosk only gives out the US/EN version of the Hand Outs, Neovo has created a new Orientation Class Hand Outs Kiosk at SLVEC, next to the Original one.<br>

This Kiosk holds place for 16 Languages, where as at this moment, 8 are allready Incorporated.<br>
 
As a Result, Neovo has Masked the original Kiosk with a Notecard Giver, which tells one that they can obtain the Hand Outs from the Kiosk next to it.<br>

Due to an Unknown effect, one meight NOT see some or all the Language Cubes in that Kiosk when walking in from the far side.<br>

As a result, you meight want to attend the Apprentices that they have to physically walk up close to it, and then choose the Language they can understand best.<br>

Although this is not yet approved by the V-Team, Neovo will restore the Old kiosk in function, and will delete this new Kiosk when he receives a Deny for it.
IF Approved, this Kiosk will stay the Hand Out Kiosk for Upcoming Classes.
