Has it been a while since you thought of your security question, much less its answer? Are you not quite able to recall exactly how you typed it in? Don't worry! All is not lost. You just need to contact Support, preferably over the phone. You'll be asked to verify your identity and, working together, we can reset your security question.
We apologize in advance: Support cannot retrieve passwords. Luckily, you won't need us to do that if we can reset your security question.
