A149 is the temporary name of a Sim Cluster discovered at Coordinates 862-880/1284-1284, Grid Sector H12, Northern Ocean.
Structure
This is a sim cluster with perfect mathematic disposition. It has no gaps and no estra sims. All sims are placed to form squares and there is an empty sim between each two sims. It has 51 sims.
Geography
There are two types of sims: white (with sand texture) and green (with grass texture). Sims are divided into small parcels by water channels or by roads (rare) and sometimes by small hills.
Land Status
This is a residential place. It is not an interesting place to visit, except for a few gardens. People look unfriendly and almost all parcels are closed for visitors. Land is owned by a single estate.
