  • VWR-1889 - Votes: 0 - Search in classifieds for queries with German Umlauts is not case insensitive but yields different results depending on the case of the Umlaut - Peter Stindberg
  • VWR-146 - Votes: 0 - First Look clients don't acknowledge language changes under Edit, Preferences,Language - Bastien Culdesac
    • This issue was against 1.13.2. I don't think it is still there. -- Alissa Sabre 05:07, 27 July 2007 (PDT)
  • VWR-252 - Votes: 1 - Poor line folding (word wrap) behaviour on Japanese text - Alissa Sabre
    • I know fixing only for Japanese texts is not hard, but I believe we need to take care of other languages such as Arabic or Thai. We need some general mechanism. -- Alissa Sabre 05:34, 27 July 2007 (PDT)
  • VWR-1373 - Votes: 0 - Wrong characters in Chat Log and IM Log when using umlaut characters (e.g. German äöüÄÖÜ) - Nati Gynoid
    • Nati and I (Alissa) didn't get consensus on "what is problem." In her opinion, use of UTF-8 in chat log is the bug, since most text editors can't handle UTF-8, and she wants SL chat files be created using Latin-1 or CP1252. In my opinion, use of UTF-8 is OK, and the issue is how we can avoid user's confusion/complains... -- Alissa Sabre 05:52, 27 July 2007 (PDT)
