The Gay City Estate
Gay City Estate consists of the four sims Gay City Cologne, Gay City Beach, DragonsHeart, and Isola Bella Island. The Estate offers its residents and visitors both living and entertainment as well as business and shopping in an LGBT- friendly environment. All Second Life Residents are welcome to visit and enjoy the warm and relaxed atmosphere. The Gay City Estate was founded by Franko Box.
History
Franko Box started in 2008 with the sim Gay City Cologne. Home of the famous Zeus Gay Club and Concert Hall and the first residential homes. Because of the great demand in residential and commercial land the sims Gay City Beach, DragonsHeart, Isola Bella Island, Z´Antaeus, and Durutti soon followed .
In mid 2014 Gay City Estate ownership was transferred to Toby Atlass. The estate now comprises four sims: Gay City Cologne, Isola Bella Island, Gay City Beach and DragonsHeart.

Gay City Cologne
Full Region. Home of Zeus Gay Club and Concert Hall. Several dance areas: the Temple, Beach Club, Amphitheater, Welcome Area, Mer Area and a Party Platform. Spacious Shopping Mall. Residential greek style villas available for rent. Larger parcels also available.
Gay City Beach
Homestead. Residential Home of Tomais Ashdene. Beautiful surrounding beaches, walkways and a picturesque dock area. A pine forest covers the higher elevation of the island.
Isola Bella Island
Homestead. Mediterranean styled island. The sim is divided into two islands connected with bridges. Proud vegetation, animals and waterfall. Island maintained by Michelangelo Villota and Oskoron Baguier.
DragonsHeart
Homestead. DragonsHeart is a residential sim on the Gay City Estate. The sim is divided into two forested islands, each teeming with wildlife. It is the home of Toby Atlass.

ZeusGayClub
ZeusGayClub is one of the most popular Second Life gay clubs, located on Gay City Cologne and owned by Michelangelo Villota. A greek village styled sim and club with several dance areas: the Temple, Welcome Area, Beach Club, Amphitheater, Mer Area and Party Platform. Many chilling areas around the sim. Live DJs, or dance radio playing when no DJs are streaming give the visitors a variety in different styles of music.
