[12:09] Nyx Linden we have some workarounds on the bluesteel channel for a subset of the issues, but its not a general fix.

[12:10] Nyx Linden we have a team focused on how to fix the cloudy avatars in the more general case, but we're not far along enough to give a progress report yet.

[12:13] Nyx Linden while this definitely affects content creation, this is rolled up as part of the pathfinding project, which has its own usergroup, so I'll direct you there for the latest update

[12:16] Nyx Linden long story short: its a challenging issue to solve in the general case and we don't have the perfect toolset for it just yet.

[12:17] Nyx Linden the ideal solution would be to allow for region-sized uploads for things like roads, or to allow some method of specifying that two objects should be "welded" together

[12:19] Nyx Linden 1) Replace the terrain mesh with a convex decomposition. This is bad for performance, but might resolve the collision issues since you'll be dealing with convex hulls rather than triangles.

[12:21] Nyx Linden personally I tried it in the test area you sent me a link to, I can definitely see where its an issue

[12:22] Drongle McMahon For the wheels ... does that mean just for the physics? Can you use perfect linked cylinders so they use the havok primitive?
