From Second Life Wiki
The Mute List file is provided to the viewer by the Second Life service, and contains a list of all the agents and objects muted by the resident logged in to the viewer session.
Mute List Format
The mute list is a text file with the following format:
- MuteLLUUID is the LLUUID of the object or agent that is muted, and has a maximum length of 254 characters (although practically an LLUUID string is never longer than 36 characters).
- MuteName is the name of the object or agent that is muted, and has a maximum length of 254 characters.
- MuteType is one of the valid mute types.
