Feature Highlights

  • Post Snapshots to Profile Feed - With this release you can now post snapshots to your profile feed using the new Snapshots floater. Just click the camera icon on the bottom bar, then chose the 'Post to My Profile Feed' option. If you wish, you can also write a caption for your snapshot, and even add the location where it was taken.



Crash and Performance Fixes

  • SH-1618[c] Lighting and shadows crash ATI macs
  • SH-2276[c] SL 2.7.x - 3.0.1 (tested) crashes NVIDIA GTX 460 if Basic Shaders are enabled (possibly if Google SketchUp was previously run on the machine since power-up)
  • SH-2450[c] Viewer 2 driver auto crash at downloading clothing
  • SH-2559[c] Crash in LLPluginMessage::generate()
  • Viewer crash when clicking twice on slapp link secondlife:///app/classified/create

  • Viewer crash on startup in display_startup

  • Mac viewer sometimes freezes at start up and must be force quit

  • Added support for zooming web pages based upon a scale factor
  • Created a new snapshot floater with post to profile feed option
