[16:02] Ima Mechanique: Hi Andrew

[16:02] Rex Cronon: hello everybody

[16:02] Sniper Siemens: Hi Andrew

[16:02] Andrew Linden: Hello

[16:02] Rex Cronon: hello andrew

[16:02] Sahkolihaa Contepomi: Morning, Andrew. (Saturday here).

[16:03] MartinRJ Fayray: Hello Andrew

[16:03] Andrew Linden: Simon won't be attending today. I think he's on vacation.

[16:03] Vincent Nacon: again?

[16:03] Andrew Linden: Falcon may show up later.

[16:03] Vincent Nacon: even better

[16:04] Andrew Linden: Yeah Vincent, I think he's vacationing most Fridays, skiiing in the mountains or something.

[16:04] Andrew Linden: We've had some late spring rains/snows around here

[16:04] Andrew Linden: and there was little snow earlier in the winter

[16:05] Andrew Linden: er... late rains for the rainy season. Spring isn't even half over

[16:05] TankMaster Finesmith: we had a lot of hail here yesterday, enough to make everything white

[16:05] Ardy Lay: I still see bad map tiles. They look ... odd. Example: Lime

[16:05] Sahkolihaa Contepomi: Had a big thunderstorm here yesterday. Very loud claps of thunder.

[16:05] TankMaster Finesmith: and lightning, which is rare for here

[16:06] Andrew Linden: Ardy, that map-tile fix was tested on aditi, but has not yet been deployed to the main grid (I think)

[16:06] Andrew Linden: lemme double check...

[16:06] Flip Idlemind: Oh so I'm not the only one seeing..."squiggly" map tiles?

[16:06] Nalates Urriah: We are having lighting and rain ins SoCal,lightening is pretty rare.

[16:06] Sahkolihaa Contepomi: Path finding causes those weird map tiles.

[16:06] Andrew Linden: Looks like the plan for the map-tile fix is a monday morning deploy

[16:06] Ardy Lay: Nice. THanks!

[16:06] TankMaster Finesmith: not tureday?

[16:06] Andrew Linden: which means the tiles won't be fixed until Tuesday morning, I think.

[16:07] TankMaster Finesmith: ah ok

[16:07] Andrew Linden: the requests to build new map tiles will kick off fresh sometime in our morning time

[16:07] Ardy Lay: Yeah, Merov told me it takes a while .... Different times for the differnet zoom levels.

[16:07] Andrew Linden: right

[16:08] Andrew Linden: Simon mentioned that we're going to try to lift the fly-limit height next Wed

[16:08] Andrew Linden: that's the plan anyway

[16:08] Sahkolihaa Contepomi: :o

[16:08] Andrew Linden: although I'm not sure it is for the whole world or just ALL the RC's

[16:09] Andrew Linden: does anyone know if it has already been lifted on all the RC's?

[16:09] TankMaster Finesmith: what will they be raised to?

[16:09] Andrew Linden: I think it will be 5000m

[16:09] Ardy Lay: I think Oskar mentioned a delay on the RC so Wednesday next week sounds right.

[16:09] TankMaster Finesmith: ah ok

[16:10] TankMaster Finesmith: so no more need for flight assists?

[16:10] Ardy Lay: He said the parameter change deplayment method needed work or something like that.

[16:10] Slee Mayo: andrew, will the exploit i showed you be patched by then?

[16:10] Andrew Linden: well, you won't need a flight assist to reach 5k, unless you want to be able to do it *faster*

[16:10] TankMaster Finesmith: right

[16:10] Andrew Linden: but you'll need a flight assist to fly above 5k (not that there is any good reason for doing so)

[16:10] Ardy Lay: -deplayment +deployment

[16:11] Rex Cronon: the weird think is that with the new flight limit, pushes r very powerfull

[16:11] Sovereign Engineer: d

[16:11] Andrew Linden: Slee, I don't actually know whether they have a fix for that exploit yet.

[16:11] Andrew Linden: Lemme ask around...

[16:12] Ardy Lay: "Exploit" indicates somebody is being an ass.

[16:12] Ardy Lay: I hope it gets fixed. Take the toys away from the asses.

[16:13] Techwolf Lupindo: Someone exploited the flight limit?

[16:13] Slee Mayo: no, different topic, sorry

[16:13] Ardy Lay: Slee didn't tell us what was being exploited.

[16:13] Ashiri Sands: quite rightly

[16:13] Flip Idlemind: My guess is it should stay that way (untold, I mean)

[16:13] TankMaster Finesmith: i assumed it was in reference to fligh

[16:13] Slee Mayo: i's rather not say, andrew is aware of it

[16:13] TankMaster Finesmith: flight*

[16:14] Ardy Lay: Not saying is the right thing to do least somebody here be an ass.

[16:14] Nalates Urriah: Slee, you could make up some thing really fun...

[16:14] Andrew Linden: Slee, looks like they have a fix for it, and it is bundled into a deployment project

[16:14] Andrew Linden: dunno the timing on it...

[16:14] Slee Mayo: nice

[16:15] Andrew Linden: it appears to be bundled and needs some QA scrutiny

[16:16] Andrew Linden: I'm still working on pathfinding, fixing small bugs

[16:16] Andrew Linden: that's all the news I've got. Table is open.

[16:17] Slee Mayo: so next rollout is scheduled for wednesday?

[16:17] MartinRJ Fayray: MAINT-929

[16:18] Slee Mayo: ..sorry if i missed that news, i was late

[16:18] MartinRJ Fayray: could you take care of that?

[16:18] Vincent Nacon: you didn't miss much, just about the flight to 5km height

[16:18] MartinRJ Fayray: it's not assigned yet (though the VWR-one is)

[16:18] Andrew Linden: I'm not sure. I'll have to read the public forum post on it. I didn't see an internal email yet.

[16:18] Nalates Urriah: How does the simulator handle avatar animations?

[16:19] MartinRJ Fayray: https://jira.secondlife.com/browse/MAINT-929 <- full url

[16:19] Vincent Nacon: as asset I believe

[16:19] Draconis Neurocam: the viewer does all the parsing as far as i know

[16:19] Nalates Urriah: I'm interested in how HUD AO vs Built in Ao wouold affect the server...

[16:20] Vincent Nacon: oh it shouldn't do much with server

[16:20] Ima Mechanique: hehe doing Oz's research for him Nal ?;-)

[16:20] Andrew Linden: The server doesn't do any animation stuff, however it does relay info about animation start/end events

[16:20] Vincent Nacon: just be the same as before but less script

[16:20] Nalates Urriah: Some how my viewer has to know which walk animation your avatar is using...

[16:20] Flip Idlemind: And a scripted AO likely has a pretty frequent timer event, so that affects the server

[16:20] Vincent Nacon: Nal, it's all viewer-side

[16:21] Vincent Nacon: server only treat it as asset for each pose/animation

[16:21] Nalates Urriah: I now the animation is Andrwe got the question.

[16:21] Draconis Neurocam: the server just sends and starts and stops the assets that viewers and scripts request

[16:21] Andrew Linden: Yes that sounds right.

[16:21] Andrew Linden: Hrm... no news yet on deployment plans next week.

[16:22] Nalates Urriah: So each start stop send data that is relayed to the other viewers via the server. Where to they get the animation? Does each viewer go to assets?

[16:22] Andrew Linden: I'm guessing there is no update for the main channel, and the RC's will probably get a minor update

[16:22] Nalates Urriah: Or does erver ache animation file?

[16:22] Andrew Linden: all of the RC's are running the same code right now

[16:22] Andrew Linden: the server tells the viewer the animation assets that it needs

[16:23] Nalates Urriah: Thx

[16:23] Andrew Linden: the viewer then checks for those assets in cache, and askes for them if it doesn't have them

[16:25] Rex Cronon: did the sim crash, or was it just me?

[16:25] MartinRJ Fayray: no crash

[16:25] Ima Mechanique: just you

[16:25] Nalates Urriah: just u

[16:25] Rex Cronon: weird

[16:25] Flip Idlemind: Do sims even crash anymore?

[16:25] Sahkolihaa Contepomi: Yes.

[16:25] Andrew Linden: Yeah, they still crash.

[16:25] TankMaster Finesmith: yes

[16:25] Nalates Urriah: 114 per day

[16:25] Ima Mechanique: 50% less than previously :-)

[16:26] Andrew Linden: However, the rate is better now than it has ever been.

[16:26] Slee Mayo: the sandboxes do with 15k red/blue seizure prim

[16:26] Johan Laurasia: 1/2 the calories too

[16:26] Andrew Linden: red/blue ?

[16:26] TankMaster Finesmith: and 1/2 the flavor

[16:26] Nalates Urriah: Actually that is pretty impressive.

[16:26] Vincent Nacon: aye

[16:26] Slee Mayo: yea, animated texture, goes from red to blue, phys prim attack

[16:27] Sahkolihaa Contepomi: Yeah, physics still easily crash the sims.

[16:27] Flip Idlemind: It is impressive. I can't remember the last time a sim I was in crashed

[16:28] Ima Mechanique: hehe I can, was Nyx's OH couple weeks back ;-)

[16:28] Ardy Lay: I don't see many crashes. WHat I am seeing is hosts just stop talking for a while.

[16:28] Andrew Linden: I'm guessing the pathfinding stuff will have a new crash mode or two when it goes out everywhere, but we'll jump on them quickly.

[16:28] TankMaster Finesmith: last time i rezzed 1024 physicsl objects at once, the region crashed...

[16:28] TankMaster Finesmith: :D

[16:29] Sahkolihaa Contepomi: ... off topic, but Tank how come your collar has clickable media? o_O

[16:29] Andrew Linden: I think there are some fixes in the works for the unresponsive regions.

[16:30] TankMaster Finesmith: o0

[16:30] Ardy Lay: I have often wondered if crashes and other issues affect single regions or all regions on a host.

[16:30] Ardy Lay: Andrew, thanks

[16:30] Meeter: Timecheck : User Group is half over

[16:30] Andrew Linden: Ardy, usually it is just single regions

[16:30] Andrew Linden: these days

[16:30] TankMaster Finesmith: no idea

[16:31] Ashiri Sands: makers advert?

[16:31] Andrew Linden: we used to have some problems where the performance of one region would affect other regions on the same host

[16:31] Andrew Linden: but most of those have been resolved

[16:31] Andrew Linden: in particular, the unresponsive region problem is per-process, the others are unaffected

[16:31] Ardy Lay: I see

[16:32] Ardy Lay: Do all the simulator hosts have "enough memory" now?

[16:32] Ardy Lay: OR are we still driving some of them to swap?

[16:32] TankMaster Finesmith: you can never have to much memory :P

[16:33] Slee Mayo: andrew, since LL changed the sandboxes around(goguen, cordova, newcomb, wanderton..when griefers attack in the script able boxes..we can't clean cordova because it's land locked...no entry..is it possible to get say..a 1 meter buffer around the edges of the sandboxes with a 1 minute return? it would help everyone out, builders and linden on having to constantly go to the boxes to clean them up

[16:33] Andrew Linden: yes, for the most part. There was a rebalancing of what regions went to what hardware a month or two ago

[16:34] Andrew Linden: which caused overall performance improvements and reduced region crossing problems

[16:34] Andrew Linden: I think there was a blog about it, but you can see some anecdotal evidence in the later comments to SVC-472

[16:34] JIRA-helper: http://jira.secondlife.com/browse/SVC-472

[#SVC-472] Region Crossings Fail

[16:35] Andrew Linden: Slee, that is a good idea. Yes, I think it might be possible.

[16:35] Andrew Linden: I'll forward that suggestion to the right person.

[16:35] Slee Mayo: thank you

[16:35] Nalates Urriah: I don't think Oskar got the blog post out... they are still getting the release together...

[16:36] Flip Idlemind: I don't think I can remember the last time I had a region crossing fail either. Once in a while I'll get a failed TP, but it's rare, and I just retry it and it works fine

[16:36] Sahkolihaa Contepomi actually got logged off due to a failed TP earlier. -.-

[16:36] TankMaster Finesmith: the % of people logins with a mesh capable viewer has risen in the last few weeks, now at about 88%

[16:37] Flip Idlemind: That only happens to me if the failed TP is a result of death on damage land

[16:37] Rex Cronon: it might have been due to all those merchants that switched to direct delivery:)

[16:37] Flip Idlemind: Seems like the TP's that result from death are "go home or log off"

[16:38] Ima Mechanique: well death is supposed to be kinda terminal

[16:39] Draconis Neurocam: maybe people would actually use less than 100 damage bullets if death logged you out every time, heh

[16:39] Ardy Lay: Nope

[16:39] Johan Laurasia: "log off" bullets

[16:39] Ardy Lay: They would just laugh harder

[16:40] Ashiri Sands: Ardy's right

[16:40] Andrew Linden: I think Ardy's right.

[16:40] Rex Cronon: we need healt potions:)

[16:40] Ardy Lay: I have a carboard tube that is fatal.

[16:40] Rex Cronon: health*

[16:40] Andrew Linden: We need a more featureful health system.

[16:40] Ardy Lay: I don't use it except when it's time to de-ass the area.

[16:40] Draconis Neurocam: indeed

[16:41] Flip Idlemind: Andrew are you aware of any special flags or whatever on Death Teleports that specifically log you out if the TP fails

[16:41] Ima Mechanique: Andrew, ask obama

[16:41] Flip Idlemind: For the curious

[16:41] Johan Laurasia: it probably just executes the tp home code

[16:41] Vincent Nacon: or ask the republican party

[16:41] Vincent Nacon: muhaha!

[16:42] Andrew Linden: No Flip. You're asking if there is a reason why you'd tend to get logged off instead of successfully TP'ing back to your home location on death?

[16:42] Andrew Linden: Is that a current bug/problem lately?

[16:43] Ashiri Sands: How hard is TPing home normally for you?

[16:43] Flip Idlemind: Yeah that's basically what I'm asking. It doesn't seem to be happening more frequently or anything, but it does seem as though, if a "Death Teleport" happens to fail, you simply get logged off

[16:44] Flip Idlemind: If I just hit Control-Shift-H, and that TP fails, I simply pop back to where I was with a Failed TP message

[16:44] Andrew Linden: Hrm... if you ask to TP somewhere but it fails then you just stay where you are, but if you're being forced to TP somewhere and it fails... maybe you do get logged off.

[16:44] Ashiri Sands: Whereas you are simply not allowed to saty where you are in a death TP?

[16:44] Ardy Lay: I think that might be deliberate.

[16:45] Flip Idlemind: And I don't actually know what the right answer is. It might not be right to "cheat death" because teleports are having problems

[16:45] Andrew Linden: I'd have to hunt through the code and see. I don't know that subsection very well these days... it has been a while.

[16:45] TankMaster Finesmith: i know youll often get loged off if you get the TP home message and you are already at your home location

[16:45] Ardy Lay: "Death" isn't the only reason people get teleported home.

[16:45] Fancy Detector: Falcon Linden has arrived!

[16:45] Flip Idlemind: Yes that's true too

[16:45] Vincent Nacon: it isn't?! :O

[16:45] Ashiri Sands: That may well apply for the lsl teleport function

[16:45] Ardy Lay: Asses get teleported home a lot.

[16:46] Ardy Lay: Those teleports are easy enough to block by setting home to a region in duress.

[16:46] Falcon Linden: Hi folks

[16:46] Flip Idlemind: Hai

[16:46] Ardy Lay: We sent the ass home for a reason and don't want him to be able to block it.

[16:47] Rex Cronon: hi falcon

[16:47] Vincent Nacon: ok ok, let's not get too excited... Falcon's here, so let's all look sad and depressed

[16:47] Vincent Nacon .... sighs.

[16:47] Falcon Linden: woohoo, sad and depressed is how I like you :P

[16:47] Ardy Lay: I think an alternate destination if "home" fails could be useful.

[16:47] Ardy Lay: Not sure how to do it without making int explaoitable.

[16:47] TankMaster Finesmith: ^

[16:47] Flip Idlemind: Similar to "your last location is not available"?

[16:48] Ardy Lay: Maybe

[16:48] Rex Cronon: alternate destination: 1m above where u died:)

[16:48] Ardy Lay: It would have to honor avatar rating preferences

[16:48] TankMaster Finesmith: id also like to see the region block TPs/logins into it if its in a restart countdown

[16:48] Falcon Linden: what's with the furniture changing every week? :P

[16:48] Vincent Nacon: ahh yes, good idea

[16:48] Andrew Linden: Maybe we could try to send them to "The Corn Field"

[16:48] Faust Vollmar: Completely missed the meeting even though I actually knew it was coming this time. >.<

[16:48] Ardy Lay: Vincent, the furniture changes every week.

[16:48] Flip Idlemind: I don't like that idea, but I do like, lemme find the JIRA...

[16:48] TankMaster Finesmith: ha

[16:48] Vincent Nacon: you don't like my creation? *sobs*

[16:48] Ashiri Sands: yeah, corn field!

[16:48] Falcon Linden: haha

[16:49] Falcon Linden: just wondering

[16:49] Vincent Nacon: Liar!

[16:49] Vincent Nacon sobs

[16:49] Ardy Lay: How man corn fields are there now? Five?

[16:49] Flip Idlemind: SVC-7244

[16:49] JIRA-helper: http://jira.secondlife.com/browse/SVC-7244

[#SVC-7244] Region Restart Notices on Arrival

[16:49] Vincent Nacon: think there's 3

[16:49] Vincent Nacon: or 2...

[16:49] Ardy Lay: Heh, send them to Corndog RC

[16:50] Andrew Linden: There are 5 Corn Fields

[16:50] Ardy Lay: What's that, anyway?

[16:50] Slee Mayo: you sent a group of us to the cornfield about 2yrs ago, andrew

[16:50] Vincent Nacon: a place to ride the fun corndog

[16:50] Ardy Lay: The Corn Field4 (12,248,33)

[16:50] Andrew Linden: Yeah, we sometimes go visit the Corn Field. Once or twice a year.

[16:50] Slee Mayo: if you have a minute after the meeting, mind throwing me over there again?

[16:50] Johan Laurasia: there are cornfield field trips?

[16:50] Ardy Lay: The Corn Field (128,128,2)

[16:50] Ashiri Sands: yes =^_^=

[16:51] Andrew Linden: Sure, we could go today, at the end of the meeting if you like.

[16:51] Slee Mayo: sweet

[16:51] TankMaster Finesmith: :D

[16:51] Rex Cronon: u get corn when u leave;)

[16:51] Johan Laurasia: that would be awesome!

[16:51] Ardy Lay: I think 1-4 are public

[16:51] TankMaster Finesmith: everyone want to be sent to detention!

[16:51] Moundsa Mayo: YAY! Loading up on extra butter now!

[16:51] Falcon Linden: As we're winding down, I have a pathfinding announcement. Starting next Thursday, we'll be hostihg a Pathfinding User Group at 4pm SLT in PathTest1 on Aditi

[16:51] Ima Mechanique: yes Johan, I took pictures last time I was there. "Postcards from the cornfield"

[16:51] Vincent Nacon: the corns.... get the corns and turn into diesel! so you could refuel the old rusty tractor to make some more corns!

[16:51] Andrew Linden: I'm wondering how I could sometimes route misbehaving avatars into the Corn Field when they get kicked.

[16:52] TankMaster Finesmith: ah so right after the server UG?

[16:52] Dahlia Trimble: oooou pathfinding user group :D

[16:52] Falcon Linden: andrew: I thought it was people's attraction to the corn field that made us /stop/ sending people there

[16:52] Flip Idlemind: llTeleportAgentToCornField()? (For land owners)

[16:52] Flip Idlemind: That couldn't be abused at all <.<

[16:52] Andrew Linden: However... probably wouldn't want to do it too often.

[16:52] Johan Laurasia: maybe make it a land option... a check box that will send kicked avatars there.

[16:52] Ardy Lay: Hehe

[16:52] Vincent Nacon: ahh it's coming to RC, eh?

[16:52] Falcon Linden: Vincent: what is?

[16:52] Vincent Nacon: ...pathfinding?

[16:52] Ashiri Sands: being conr-fieled is a badge of notoriety?

[16:53] Ardy Lay: Pathfinding promises to be interesting.

[16:53] Falcon Linden: Not yet, but it is available to any interested region owner on Agni

[16:53] Andrew Linden: Yeah, originally the Corn Field was for severe misbehavior.

[16:53] Vincent Nacon: oh ok

[16:53] Andrew Linden: Rather than disable the account we would lock them to the Corn Field

[16:53] Vincent Nacon: now I'm gonna be wondering what's the announcement gonna be

[16:53] Slee Mayo: there's a slow moving tractor, a few campfires and tvs that don't work

[16:53] Johan Laurasia: kind of a "go sit in the corner" tool

[16:54] Ardy Lay: http://www.secretlair.com/index.php?/clickableculture/entry/hidden_virtual_world_prison_revealed/

[16:54] Ima Mechanique: yup, two weeks cornfield was a "punishment"

[16:54] Ardy Lay: That's about a trouble maker that ended up there.

[16:54] Draconis Neurocam: the tvs work

[16:54] Vincent Nacon: it works... just no channels

[16:54] Draconis Neurocam: it plays an old 50s movie about how you shouldn't steal cars

[16:54] Slee Mayo: seems like i remember static on the tvs

[16:54] Vincent Nacon: really?

[16:54] Draconis Neurocam: yeah

[16:54] Vincent Nacon: not how I remembered but oh well

[16:55] Falcon Linden: So, any pathfinding related questions today?

[16:55] TankMaster Finesmith: yeah, there is static

[16:55] Rex Cronon: make the cornfield damage enabled, and if u r killed there u get 5 extra minutes:)

[16:55] Vincent Nacon: yes... make them fly!

[16:55] Vincent Nacon: :P

[16:55] Vincent Nacon: oh wait, that wasn't a question

[16:55] Meeter: Timecheck : User Group is almost over

[16:55] Andrew Linden: Could you phrase that as a question?

[16:55] Vincent Nacon: could you please make them fly?

[16:55] Vincent Nacon: :P

[16:55] Ima Mechanique: CAn you make them fly? :-)

[16:55] Flip Idlemind: They can "hover" right?

[16:56] Falcon Linden: That depends, which do you want: regions to work correctly or flying objects :P

[16:56] Vincent Nacon: ....both, silly

[16:56] Ima Mechanique: hmmmm... just a minute...

[16:56] Fancy Detector: Brett Linden has arrived!

[16:56] Falcon Linden: We have lots to do here, but I'd love flocking and flight

[16:56] TankMaster Finesmith: heya brett

[16:57] Vincent Nacon: yeah

[16:57] Falcon Linden: if we added flight, it would probably be estate only

[16:57] Vincent Nacon: of course

[16:57] Falcon Linden: I'd say that getting parcel handling in is the most important missing piece and we're not sure if we'll be able to do that before initial release.

[16:57] Vincent Nacon: I've been seeing more question from residents that wanted to have ability to sit on character object

[16:57] Falcon Linden: But it does look like the crashes are under control and performance is pretty reasonable

[16:57] Falcon Linden: Vincent: sit target

[16:58] Vincent Nacon: oh it works anyway>

[16:58] Vincent Nacon: ?

[16:58] Falcon Linden: yup

[16:58] Ima Mechanique: you mean you didn't try the tricycles Vincent ;-)

[16:58] Vincent Nacon: hmm can't think of any other question other than hoping for mixed goals at the same time

[16:58] Ardy Lay: I want to fix the tram

[16:58] Ardy Lay: Scripted motion made it useless so it was taken down.

[16:59] Falcon Linden: vincent: unless you can give me a well-defined way of choosing which to actually perform... :P

[16:59] Falcon Linden: ardy: a tram is a good candidate for llSetKeyframedAnimation

[16:59] Andrew Linden: By "mixed goals" I think Vincent is talking about a character that follows AgentA but flees all others.

[16:59] Falcon Linden: right

[16:59] Ardy Lay: Might try that but can it avoid people in the way?

[16:59] Falcon Linden: Then find a way to balance those :P

[16:59] Ardy Lay: Maybe it just has to stop

[17:00] Falcon Linden: ardy: it's a tram. Since when do trams avoid people?

[17:00] Ardy Lay: Falcon, you didn't see my tram.

[17:00] Vincent Nacon: well I'll have to admit it's hard to explain it in logical technical method but basically having a character that build a path when dealing with more than one goals

[17:00] Ardy Lay: It was more animal than machine.

[17:00] Falcon Linden: fair enough

[17:00] Meeter: Thank you for coming to the Server User Group

[17:00] Vincent Nacon: like when chasing target B while running away from Target A

[17:00] Falcon Linden: vincent: yes, but computers don't accept descriptions like that :P

[17:01] Vincent Nacon: so B could be behind target A....

[17:01] Vincent Nacon: I know, that's the fun part

[17:01] Vincent Nacon: :P

[17:01] Falcon Linden: I could make up a solution, but I'm sure you wouldn't like it

[17:01] Falcon Linden: or if you did, someone else wouldn't

[17:01] Vincent Nacon: maybe, depends

[17:01] Falcon Linden: so figure it out yourself :)

[17:02] Ardy Lay: Imagine huge birds carying baskets, moving avatars around.

[17:02] Vincent Nacon: I'm sure I can make one but it just won't be looking natural

[17:02] Johan Laurasia: putting together two goals would produce a path that eventually is in conflict with the other goal.

[17:02] Vincent Nacon: there was another suggestion, btw

[17:02] Ardy Lay: If there was somebody in the way they would circle and make noise.

[17:02] Rex Cronon: i g2g. tc all

[17:02] Vincent Nacon: could pathfinding_event return a list of is current waypoint position?

[17:02] Falcon Linden: same here, take care

[17:03] Falcon Linden: hope to see you then

[17:03] TankMaster Finesmith: have a good weekend, falcon

[17:03] Falcon Linden: vincent: maybe. Submit a jira and I'll think about it

[17:03] Flip Idlemind: So, CornField Trip?

[17:03] Vincent Nacon: k

[17:03] Vincent Nacon: take care all

[17:03] Falcon Linden: vincent: actually, just use at_target

[17:03] Vincent Nacon: -_-

[17:03] Sahkolihaa Contepomi: I'm going too. Dosing off.

[17:03] Moundsa Mayo: You could implement the subsumption architecture used in robotics. It deals with multiple goals.

[17:03] Vincent Nacon: I meant that was before hand

[17:03] Andrew Linden: I'm going to go to the Corn Field in a minute. If anyone wants to attend: IM me and I'll pull you over.

[17:03] Falcon Linden: moundsa mayo: I could do a lot of things :P

[17:03] Vincent Nacon: so the script could look ahead before it happen

[17:04] Falcon Linden: oh. Jirafy
