Usage
With this template, participants in the German Welcome Area Project can rate their skills in specific fields from 0 to 2, can inform about their timezone etc.
| 0 |  | no skill (or: can't hear or speak in voice) |
| 1 |  | low skill (or: can hear but not speak in voice) |
| 2 |  | high skill (or: can hear and speak in voice) |
The timezone got to be specified relativ to SLT. E.g.: MEZ ("German" timezone) is SLT+9.
Additional notes can be entered, but please keep them short and to a minimum, if you use 'em at all.
