I'm the Program Manager for Studio Blacklight @ Linden Lab. (see Zero's description of studios)
Blacklight's mission is to find + fix bugs affecting residents today. We take into consideration the number of Residents being affected, severity of the issue and the # of votes in our public Issue Tracker. We work hard to squash bugs and we also apply many of the patches coming in from the Open Source community.
Thanks to everyone's who's contributed a bug report and/or a patch! Please be sure to provide reliable repros as often as possible.
Office Hours
My office hours will add to our growing list of distributed bug triages (see also Rob Linden and Benjamin Linden's office hours). I'll be focusing on Release Candidate Viewer issues.
