Resident Education Support Series
As a member of I-World Team providing in-world support, I have encountered consistent agent/region performance support requests. The goal of this project is to take these repetitive causes affecting agent/region performance and turn them into educational demonstrations during my office hours. Video will be made of the demonstrations, when possible, and will become available here and ultimately in world for you to view. Results of testing and discussion will be placed on the wiki for your reference.
Whether you are new in Second Life, own mainland, or are an estate owner, I hope these demonstrations and discussions can enhance our community through knowledge, either learning or contributing. We will be using the statistics bar extensively, which is a valuable tool in itself. You will learn all about this tool, and how it can point out to you what is happening in your region. Statistics
Q&A
Q. When will the demo's take place?
A. Office Hours will alternate each week between demo and discussion. The office hour agenda is listed on the office hour page each week. Linden Office Hours
Q. Can I contribute ideas for demonstrations?
A. Yes! I would love to hear your ideas. I prefer well thought out email, with the topic for demo and reasons why you want it considered. You can also attend office hour discussions and I will save time at the end of each meeting to review and import. Please keep email related to the RSES project. If you need support, my email is not the place to request it. Use the support portal. Support
Q. Can I provide feedback for demonstrations conducted at your office hour?
A. Yes, definately! Please use the discussion tabto add your feedback to the questions I will answer through each demo.
