Scripting is a service not a product

I wrote half a dozen different vendor systems. And you might ask, why did he reinventing the wheel that often?

Programmers are not inventors, they are more like architects and noone would ask, why does he reinvent the roof again, if an architect designs a roof that fits to the house, the hill and climate.

SL has the benefit of being easy. 3D design is as easy as playing Lego. Even small scripts can do the magic to solve interesting things. The way from idea to product is often done within one night, if the right team of texture designers, builders and scripters meet.

The script is hidden in the product. The script itself is not the product. But scripting is a service.
