This is true that Second Life has a larger female population (50%); in fact Second Life has the biggest female population compared to other virtual worlds. Most of the women on SL is in the 35-55 age range (on average: 33 years old), which is quite uncommon on other platforms. They also log into Second Life more than males, by the way.<br />
