La responsabilità di un Mentor Coach è di offrire lezioni agli altri Mentors che possano aiutare a sviluppare certe abilità o aiutare a consolidare alcune conoscenze che servano ad accrescere le abilità degli altri volontati. Le lezioni non sono promosse e tenute da Linden Lab. Il ruolo del Mentor Coach è totalmente opzional quindi la responsabilità di offrire e di sviluppare tali lezioni ricade su di loro. Attualmente non è necessario offrire un numero minimo di lezioni per mantenere il ruolo di Mentor Coach. Raccomandiamo comunque di offrire almento una lezione al mese. A Mentor Coach's responsibility is to host classes for other Mentors that help develop a certain skill or help build certain characteristics which can increase the ability of the learners to volunteer on the grid. Classes are not run or maintained by Linden Lab. The role of a Mentor Coach is entirely opt-in, so the responsibilities and class development are left to the coaches to maintain. At the present time remaining in good standing with this role does not require hosting a certain number of events in a given time. It is recommended that one class be taught a month. Classes must follow the guidelines listed below.

== We ask that all classes follow these guidelines ==

*Must be PG.
*Should be held at SL Volunteer HI when possible. If impossible, the location of the class should be on another SL Volunteer Island location and the new location clearly marked on the class listing page.
*Should be no longer than 2 hours.
*Class management (quantity of attendees/delivery of the content) is solely at the discretion of the host(s).
*Should be added to the [[Classes Offered By Mentors]] wiki page three (3) or more days prior to class date.

Ciò che deve fare un ospite invitato in qualità di Mentor Buddy è molto semplice! Quando ti viene richiesto di alzarti e parlare, impiega per favore dieci minuti o anche meno per trasmettere quanto segue:

*Innanzitutto un saluto cordialea i presenti ed una introduzione a cosa siano i Mentor Buddies!
*Un consiglio per quelli appena arrivati...o due o tre se sei ambizioso!
*Ricordare ai presenti che terminata la lezione possono contattare te o altri Mentor Buddies per assistenza o per chiedere un consiglio!
*Passa la palla a chi sta tenendo la sessione di orientamento, e il gioco è fatto!

==Come programmare la tua sessione==

*Una volta pronti e in possesso della certificazione, i Mentor Coaches devono mandare una email a lexie@lindenlab.com una settimana prima della sessione di orientamento programmata includendo le seguenti informazioni:Data, ora, ed eventualmente il nome del Mentor Buddy che parteciperà alla sessione in veste di ospite.Se hai hai la necessità di cambiare data e/o orario della sessione programmata, per favore comunicalo sempre a mezzo email.

**Per favore scrivi [Coach Orientation Schedule Request] nell'oggetto dell' email.
**Questo avviso anticipato è necessario affinchè si possa preparare tutto il necessario per la corretta esecuzione della sessione.
**Tutte le sessioni di orientamento devono aver luogo su SL Volunteer HI (Isola di aiuto dei Volontari di SL).
**Per favore controlla la pagina delle sessioni di orientamento programmate per essere certo che la tua sessione è stata correttamente programmata.Ci metteremo in contatto con te in caso vi siano problemi con gli orari e/o le date da te scelte.
**I Coaches possono offrire una sessione di orientamento giornaliera per un massimo di due alla settimana, e devono essere programmate sempre con una settimana di anticipo.

==Raccomandazioni e Tecniche per lo svolgimento della Sessione==

*Le Sessioni devono durare tra i 30 ed i 60 minuti.I Mentor Coaches, nel caso di sopravvenuta indisponibilità, dovranno trovare un sostituto e notificarlo il prima possibile al Vteam.. ''Per favore ricorda che molte persone hanno dovuto cambiare i propri programmi per cercare di essere presenti alla sessione.I Coaches devono fare in modo di non mancare una sessione di orientamento programmata o arrivare in ritardo.''

*I Mentor Coaches possono dirigere la sessione da soli ma essere in due è sempre una bella idea!

*Se vuoi effettuare una sessione usando il Voice, chiedi prima l'approvazione del Vteam. Le sessioni di orientatamento non devono essere necessariamente in Inglese.

*E' accettabile il fatto di chiedere che le domande dei presenti siano poste quando lo richiederai tu. Attieniti alle domande relative all'orientamento. Domande per le quali hai bisogno di assistenza per fornire una risposta devono essere indirizzate al Vteam Linden da te o dal residente che ha posto la domanda.

==Come inviare la propria lista dei presenti alla sessione==

*Per favore prendi nota delle persone che hanno assistito alla tua sessione.Puoi farlo manulamente o usando un contatore di visitatori (visitor counter). Questa lista dev'essere inviata a mezzo email all'indirzzo LindenVTeam@gmail.com, nell'oggetto della email devi scrivere [Attendance List] e devi fornire queste informazioni il prima possibile:

*Se qualcuno non è incluso o c'è una disputa sulla sua reale presenza alla sessione, per favore comunicare che sarà verifivato tutto con l'aiuto di Mia Linden e che lei controllerà. Non sarai implicato ulteriormente.
