Many of his sims has been given or transfered to friends for a low price with the purpose to build a friendly community. To save Gay France, he has repurchased it in 2008, then given it again.

Fabrice has founded the [[Gay Archipelago]], cluster of 116 LGBT sims today. He is currently the Chairman of Gay Archipelago Council board - an organization established to help and support GA Estates owners - until next june 2010.
