	Hi, folks! I've been an SL resident since Dec 2004 and started volunteering in June 2005. I love to help all residents (new, veteran, and other volunteers) and can usually be found on Help Island Public. I'm happy to give advice on all areas of SL, although I'm just finally starting to research scripting. If you have questions on any of the following, if I can't help you myself, I'll try to find someone else who knows:


	* How to Report Abuse, Bugs, and Account and Billing problems
	* Using the Blog, the Knowledge Base, the Support Portal, and the Forums
	* Avatar and Appearance Issues
	* Content Creation (Building, Permissions, etc.)
	* Controls (Preferences, Snapshots, Animations, Gestures, Inventory, Map, LMs, Navigation)
	* Land (Buying, Selling, Renting, Using About Land, Group Land, etc.)
	* Media (Music and Movies)
	* Buying, Selling & Earning Linden Dollars
	* LL/SL Policies (ToS, CS, etc.)
