Use HTTP proxy for web pages - check to route web traffic through an HTTP proxy, then enter:

Use SOCKS5 proxy for UDP traffic - check to route UDP traffic through the SOCKS 5 proxy, then enter:

SOCKS authentication

Check:

Username / password if the proxy server requires authentication. Then enter values in the Username and Password fields.
