Although this issue was originally reported 04/Aug/07 the latest comment (investigation) might be relevant to some of the (many) issues reported on VWR-2015 Meta-Issue: Voice Issues with Viewer 1.22. I would have submitted a Ticket with Support for the Knowledge Base article [Can I use voice from behind a firewall?|http://support.secondlife.com/ics/support/default.asp?deptID=4417&task=knowledge&questionID=5206] to be reviewed and possibly updated.
