The alphabet written in local chat or IM cuts off at 1012 characters if written (Upper case * 25) (Lower case * 25) through to 1300 characters.
ie. AaAaAa etc. BbBbBbBb etc.
Since 1023 bytes is the maximum number of bytes allowed via chat or IM Some letters/characters must take more than 1 byte each.
