I am using "plugin loader shell" instead of "plugin launcher shell". The two terms seem to be used interchangeably.

Organization

Seems like internal messages are of interest primarily to Viewer developers (internal and otherwise), not plugin developers specifically? Put into a separate doc?

Also, how meaningful are the current divisions:

• Base
• Media
• Media browser
• Media time

That latter two seem meaningful to a plugin dev, but does a plugin dev care whether a message is "base" or "media"? Is that distinction primarily an implemenation detail?

IAC, consider creating two types of reference:

• Alphabetical by message class/name (which is it btw?)
• Categorized (as present)

This could be done easily with transclusion.
