Thanks for this wonderful tool! We use it for our Documentation Team Office Hours. I really like the option to highlight Linden lines, hehe. -

As requested:
Lowercase first names aren't sorted correctly in transcript
Reproduce with this transcript, with "Create list of attendees" enabled:

Notice that "alpha" appears after "Zeta" in the attendees list.
Pasted mid-line timestamps trip up the parser
