Hi! First let me say "thanks!" for the great work you're doing so far. Re: redirects/deletion policy (on [[User Talk:Rob Linden]]), I'm going to have to give a short answer for now. Using redirects is the right way to "delete" an article. I don't have time to get into detailed answers on this right now, but check out the many debates that have happened on Wikipedia on this same subject.
