I am an RL software development professional with over 15 years of experience.  I saw Second Life in a Google Tech-Talk video as well as an article on "Micro-threading in Mono" I found while working one day, and I've been hooked ever since.
I'm one of four developers for the '''Combat: Samurai Island''' [http://www.combatsi.com] combat system, and I have a related development blog at http://www.daikonforge.com [http://www.daikonforge.com].
'''Combat: Samurai Island''' currently has fifteen thousand plus members who have fought over one million duels in more than five thousand different regions.  With our web-based grid-wide scoring system, we track member participation and display information such as most active groups and members as well as most popular regions [http://www.daikonforge.com/webtab/csi-statistics/].
