Just a FYI, the friends document isn't available to the general public.  It's located on a Linden Labs internal server that requires a Linden Username and password.

:Direct jump to the KB article is necessary, I think too. Login process will be change that not be required to see articles. And their are some related JIRA posts about this matter.

Direct jump to the KB article is necessary, I think too. Login process will be change that not be required to see articles. And their are some related JIRA posts about this matter.
