Although chatlogs are generally private, I submit that expression during Linden office hours is "public speech" and as such is not subject to privacy considerations. In fact, the right to reproduce public speech is protected. On the other hand, if LL chooses to declare all this to be commercial and proprietary, then this should be removed. Although chatlogs are generally private, I submit that expression during Linden office hours is "public speech" and as such is not subject to privacy considerations.
