* We talked about 1.38 testing status and the release schedule.
* We moved through the agenda quickly so we could get to the Havok stuff.
* We talked about any new issues in 1.38.
* I asked people to send me notecards on AGNI that told me who they were, what they do in SL, and what their backgrounds are. I realized I really don't know most of you that well at all. I wanted to try and change that.
* There wasn't a lot to talk about today so we just chatted about issues and concerns.
* We talked about some estate ban stuff being potentially broken again. I need peoples help to diagnose these issues when they see them. If anyone can reliably repro broken estate bans please let me know.
* 1.38 will not be shipping to the pilot roll early. We had several serious issues arise during deploy testing that are getting taken care of. The pilot will start next week.
* Ok, on to Havok 7. This is where it gets fun. I got four Havok 7 regions set up for everyone to play with. We took a field trip out to see the regions and then they all crashed. It was kinda frustrating, but we got good info. So thanks to all who got involved.

Here's the details and how you can help. I'm looking to accomplish two things. I want everyone who wants to to be able to get a very early sneak peak at Havok 7. Secondly I want to give Falcon the chance to squash early obvious bugs so that when this goes beta we can concentrate testing more specifically.
* Havok 7 is deployed on a single sim host and is represented on these 4 regions:
** Oatmeal 6
** Oatmeal 7
** Oatmeal 10
** Oatmeal 11
* Access is limited to members of the group Second Life Beta on ADITI.
* Bug filing procedure:
** Bugs can be entered here:
*** https://jira.secondlife.com/secure/CreateIssue!default.jspa (you need to be logged in first)
*** Project: "2. Second Life Service - SVC"
*** Issue Type: "Bug"
*** Affects Version/s: Havok 7 Beta (Unreleased Version)
** If you find a bug please attempt to repro the bug on Oatmeal 9, 13, or 14 and include that info in your bug report.
** Always enter an 'environment'. This is best done as a cut and paste from "About Second Life" in the viewer.
