Second Life Mentors have a keen eye for stories, events, and residents around Second Life. VTeam is looking for success stories that meet a certain criteria to share with Linden Lab.

Your success story must meet the following criteria:

  • The success story does not have to be your own. It may be about another resident, or a place, event series, or community.
  • The success story must be 3-8 sentences long. Please include the name/location of the resident, place, event series, or community.
  • Must be a success story that recognizes LONG TERM success (one year+). The resident, place, event series, or community must have a story that recognizes a long term success.
  • Please provide an estimate for the length of time of success.

A few examples: A musician who has had weekend events twice a month for a year and is loving it and profiting! An educational or nonprofit community who has found Second Life to be resourceful to their needs for two years going strong. An event series provided to the public that has been valuable to residents for years now (a volunteer event series, for example!)
