| The events team is working hard to make event listings more useful to Residents and event hosts. Therefore, we are introducing a number of new features and controls. To ensure that hosts can continue to post great events without interruption, we wanted to ensure you know about upcoming changes.

| The current version of the Viewer 2 Beta (2.3), can now be used to manage the new group-owned land permissions. To post events, you must be an ''owner'' of the group OR a group owner must grant you that ability via a role.
