Definitions
- S32 Signed 32-bit integer
- U8 Unsigned 8-bit integer (char)
- U16 Unsigned 16-bit integer
- U32 Signed 32-bit integer
- F16 16-bit float.

The anim format consists of the following header and then 0 or more recurrent blocks in sequence.
