Wendi Linden is a Concierge Support Specialist for Linden Lab, focusing on Second Life. She is also the current moderator for the Concierge & Land User Group.
If you have a premium account or qualify for Concierge-level service, you can submit tickets for additional types of issues beyond what a free account may choose.
To do so, go to your Second Life Dashboard by logging in at www.secondlife.com, and selecting Help from the top of your screen, then Support. You will find a number of useful options there, including a link to Submit a Support Case. Select the description that best fits your problem, fill in additional information in the form, then click Submit.
Premium and Concierge accounts are also eligible to use live chat support, available at the same location. Simply select Live Chat to begin a conversation with one of our specialists.
Finally, we do offer phone support. For Billing support, please call, toll-free (US/Canada): 1 (800) 294-1067, or long-distance: (703) 286-6277. Our Billing team is available from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. ET (6:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. SLT/PT), Monday through Friday.
If you have an abuse issue to report, please do not come to the support section, but please do report it within second life by selecting Help from the menu bar in your Second Life viewer, then selecting Report Abuse. You can find more information on reporting abuse in the Second Life Knowledge Base.
