I've been doing a bit of research into {{HoverText|UMPC|Ultra Mobile PC}}'s, most have VIA or Intel integrated graphics chips, a few have ATI Radeon XPress chips. It is unlikely that SL will run for anything other then the ATI chips but all of these systems support Aero in Vista so it may run under Vista (by use of DirectX's OpenGL 1.4 support).
A {{HoverText|UMPC|Ultra Mobile PC}} is a small portable computer that fills the niche between laptops and handhelds. As devices get smaller the limitations of the hardware becomes more extreme. Memory, disk space, screen size & resolution, CPU speed and GPU features all become very limited. SL is a CPU, GPU, memory and disk intensive program, so even the smallest limitations in the hardware can have a big impact on SL performance.
