I appreciate this service and I wish you all the best, but be aware that ''SLURL'' (different, but still very similar to ''LSLURL'') is a trademarked name by Linden Lab (see http://secondlife.com/corporate/brand/trademark/tm_chart.php). Both your service name and logo are very similar to the SLURL ones and I'd bet they're infringing that trademark. I hope I'm wrong! --[[User:Opensource Obscure|oobscure]] 16:19, 20 August 2009 (UTC)

I share the same concerns as Obscure regarding trademark issues. Those issues should be resolved ASAP. If people start using this service and LL shuts it down due to trademark issues it would be very disruptive. [[User:Destiny Niles|Destiny Niles]] 17:36, 20 August 2009 (UTC)
I've already contacted Linden Lab regarding the logo which is why I have not submitted the logo that's on LSLurl.com onto the wiki until I receive notice that we are granted permission to use it. If they request for us to remove the logo on our website, we will be glad to. I'm sure they will reply regarding the actual domain name as well, but I am pretty sure that it is not infringing on any copyrights. I've thoroughly read the trademarks and branding documentation along with the unauthorized usage of their copyright property. Thank you for your concern.
