Concierge Support contact information

My credit card does not work. I called my bank and they said nothing is worng and they recieved no request for funds. My bank said that it was probably on the vendor side. I updated my card just now and it still does not work. I need to buy things for my sim and this is the same card that I used to pay my 6 mo tier.
