Feb 2008: Now an Apprentice Buddy. I offer an hours guidance and shadowing to groups of new apprentices, to show the effectiveness of working as a team and some of the common pitfalls that you might encounter. Key is to see that you have understood the orientation and take on key issues that exist. Please do not request shadowing directly after your orientation... you need to absorb what is said their first!
