To access the Forums you must be logged into the [http://www.secondlife.com/ Second Life Website], and must have logged into Second Life, InWorld at least once with your account.
Free/Basic Accounts can only access the Second Life Forums IF you have Payment info Used or Payment info on File. Premium and Concierge Customers can Access the Forums.

If you're a Basic/Free account holder, then you must have Payment info on File or Payment info Used to access the Forums, to do this;

Click 'My Account' (Top right)
 
Select 'Update Payment Method'
 
Enter your Card Details, and select update. If you don't use any functions that require your card to be charged, then no money will be taken from your account.
