Usage

# @recvemote=<y/n>
  1. @recvemote:<UUID>=<add/rem>

Purpose

# When prevented (@recvemote=n), emotes will be discarded.
  1. Exceptions can be made too by using @recvemote:<UUID>=<rem/add>.
