Gah, behavior changed in 2.x? Torley needs to verify.
"Is this Resident blocking me?"
"How do I tell if I've been blocked by someone?"
While you can see who you are blocking (via the Block list in Me menu > Preferences, then click Privacy tab), there's no list showing who's blocking you.
However, there's a workaround to test: try sending an inventory item to another Resident. If it's declined immediately
