Ginette's statements are not what was agreed upon. We agreed upon a COMMUNITY SECRETARY. The 'agenda' for this week was written by Blondin Linen - not our secretary. Blondin agreed if the ZINDRA ALLIANCE OPEN ENROLLMENT GROUP would make a secretary roles we would seek volunteers to volunteer and act as monthly secretaries. The Agenda posted above is NOT one posted bythe community secretary of the Zindra Community. Last week Blondin said that if Counter Landfall made a secreatry position in the Zindra Alliance group (open enrollment group for Zindrans) Then the secreataries that take turns monthly can be listed there. I volunteered for October and coleen Criss volunteered for November. Anyone else can contact Counter Landfall and volunter as community meeting secretary also. 1) Exploring Zindra Flickr Group: Inworld Slideshow presentation (tweaked version) the group is at: http://www.flickr.com/groups/exploringzindra/ a) made sure the group's pool has been updated? I know a lot of people joined and did submit photos) b) mission is to find interesting, exciting and useful ways to use the 'Exploring Zindra' Flickr Group. c) This is a slideshow that streams direct from the Flickr Group Pool into SL. Anyone who posts images to the Flickr Group (Exploring Zindra) that get accepted, will become part of this growing slideshow, that can be seen all over SL (wherever the slideshow object is) d) console has three information balls.... 1. how to become part of the slideshow 2. about age verification 3. about Zindra and getting involved in the group

QUESTIONS: 1. Is it advertising? Response: Blondin Linden: the purpose would be to show people that there are things to do here in ZIndra. It's promoting a location, rather than a product. Like a travel agency :)

2. What Item is delivered upon touching the slideshow? NO ANSWER.


3. Six months ago it was promised that adult verification kiosks were to be placed in every mainland infohub. Will this slideshow be able t be placed in every single mainland infohub? ANSWER: Blondin Linden: Well Lias, it depends on the content of the pictures. Can't be anythign explicit but I think the idea of having some info out about ZIndra wouldnt be a bad idea.

4. Is the contenbt of the slideshow PG so it can be distributed everywhere? NO ANSWER.

5. Besides Podyan, specifically where outside of Zindra will the slideshow be placed? NO ANSWER.

Blondin Linden: So the other week it was suggested that we switch the names of Podyan and ZIndra thus allowing a Mature rated region to be named ZIndra allowing new users to find it easier Blondin Linden: I havent heard anything back internally, but Ill keepasking for feedback. Did anyone have any further thoughts on this? 1. It was suggested change the name of Podyan to ZINDRA GATEWAY. Each meeting there would be a Secretary (can be same every week until changes) This is not traditional Meeting Minutes (that are long and a lot of work) but they are simple Recaps that tell people the basics, so simple and short (like a list) that it will fit in a Notice....... The Recap should also include some type of contact information, website URL, etc so people can follow up with questions. Blondin could send it or whoever else is given permission to send Notices.....

COUNTERED SUGGESTION: In a monthly position the Community Secretary would agree to take the minutes for four meetings. THE MINUTES will consist of resolved, forwarded and tabled suggestions from the community. The Minutes can be posted on any blog. I have created one that can be used http://zindraminutes.blogspot.com/ .

QUESTIONS:

1. Why is Zindra community business being directed to a Femdom website? ANSWER: Blondin Linden: well, the recaps wouldnt need to be on a website and the reason they are all on Futurefemdom is b/c they are the ones who came to the meeting prepared with stuff to talk about.

SUGGESTION FOR RESOLUTION: Create a new wiki or blogsite named ZINDRA for the community to use for this purpose.

2. Where would these recaps be posted? ANSWER: Debating Blondin’s Wiki, The Zexpo group notices or the Zindra Alliance group notices. TO BE DISCUSSED FURTHER.

SUGGESTION: Secretary Role to be created in the ZINDRA ALLIANCE group and volunteers sign up for that role and take monthly turns handling the Monday meeting agenda items and distributing them. _________________________________________________________________________________

3. GINETTE’S EVENT PROPOSALS USING 3 LINDEN ISLANDS IN ZINDRA

Ginette Pinazzo: I have assembled a team already (there are 8 of us so far with room for more!). I've talked it up in the arts community (which is a very lucrative part of SL) and interest seems high. I believe it's a natural idea that appeals to many categories and will be high-profile enough and inclusive enough to reach far outside Zindra and attract attention. I think that involving the Arts is great way to crossover into a large market. Art Maze seems to have instant appeal to anyone I've spoken with.

Recap: Art Maze 2011 is a proposal I have had available for review, for months, and I have assembled a team already (there are 8 of us so far with room for more!). 7. Zindra Brainstorming Team Proposal

[11:47] Ginette Pinazzo: In light of this topic, I'd like to propose that we form a special Zindra Mentor Team. This will be a brainstorming team with the following mission: To think of as many ideas as possible, and develop them into actual proposals, for programs that connect with existing SL Mentor programs OR are new Zindra Mentor programs.

[11:49] Lias Leandros: And we have a office dedicated to just developing FREE Marketing events for ZIndrans. Its COMMERCIAL EVENTS SPECIALISTS and its located roadside in Yedboro Suggested that this service is already free and open to the community in Zindra through CES.
