A couple easy ways:
 
* Search your inventory for "<code>(WORN</code>". The open bracket is important because different stuff is attached to different places, and this catches them all.
* Go to '''Edit''' > '''Detach Object''' to see all your attachments. '''Edit''' > '''Take Off Clothing''' shows all the mesh clothes you have on.
