There is no official list of all continents of the Second Life grid. A continent is defined as a large mass of land, a group of more then 30 sims, placed in direct contact one to another, with common Geographic features and common infrastructure.
Mainland is concentrated in the largest continents, but there are a few remote islands owned by Linden Lab. Some continents are private-owned.
