Note that the GNU GPL is a reciprocal license, meaning that if you use portions of the Second Life Viewer to create a new derivative work, that work must also be licensed under the GPL.
Linden Lab does not have marketing programs or do co-promotion with companies. While many companies want to present their proposal to Linden Lab to get feedback or assistance, we prefer that you work with our developers who can help you create a project that will be successful in Second Life based on their substantial experience.
