Hunter, considering the lack of technical complexity in managing a sim, is it really necessary to have Basic, Intermediate, and Advanced certifications? The person who purchases a sim, or who has an estate manager run their sim, should be able to handle all the requirements of doing so. (The same may be true of other certifications.) Conceptually it makes sense to break them out, but from a practical point of view, maybe not. What do you think? O 17:05, 16 March 2009 (UTC)
