What is this about ?

Many new Residents are able to speak English quite well, but may prefer to learn about SL in their native language.

Almost every nation has a collection of tips and tricks in their particular national language. This page is supposed to collect und process these information to gain an overview about them. However, there are a few important things to have an eye on.

This page is published under my name, so I vouch for it's quality. I will check these links quite often to ensure that they are still within the requirements. E.g.: If they became bars or clubs which wouldn't be really helpful for new Residents.

In case you got some additional Landmarks, I'd be very happy if you would share them with me. Just send me an ingame notecard with the Landmark attached and maybe a short description about the place and why it would be recommended for new Residents.

I won't publish Landmarks to:

Orientations in English language
Clubs, discos etc. since they don't help new Residents
Places who don't explain the basics and especially don't explain how to move right at the landing point
Places which are swamped with adverts
Places which don't live up to my expectations, since I vouch for their quality

These are quite a few points but we can discuss them in IM as well if you like to.
