- Extent the Nearby Chat' bar.
In skins/default/xui/en/panel_nearby_chat_bar.xml Change the max_width (pixels) to a more suitable value.

- this is not a perfect solution but best i can do
Adding BUILD menu in richtclick on object
http://pastebin.com/RNneHXft and xml menu_object.xml located in skins\default\xui\en
in both cases replace the whole file
