Linden Home is designed with four themed communities built by the Linden Department of Public Works (LDPW). Each community includes multiple home selections designed to fit the community theme.
Themes
Meadowbrook
Suburban theme with winding roads around hills in a natural surrounding.
Tahoe
Forest theme with winding roads around hills in rustic surroundings.
- Aspen - A-frame design with high ceilings. Brick fireplace with extended chimney.
- Birch - A-frame design with high ceilings. Wood fireplace with smoking chimney.
- Cedar - A-frame design with high ceilings. Brick fireplace with extended chimney. Rustic wood roofing.
- Cypress - A-frame design and high ceilings. Wood fireplace with smoking chimney.
- Maple - A-frame design and high ceilings. Brick fireplace with extended chimney.
- Willow - A-frame design and high ceilings. Wood fireplace with smoking chimney.
Elderglen
Fantasy theme with winding roads around hills and giant trees.
- Abbot's Haven - Ancient cobblestone construction with crawling ivy. Overgrown mushroom and stone fireplace.
- Shire's Hearth - Cobblestone and wood construction. White stained glass windows. Walk-on grass roof.
- Elven Treehome - Hollowed tree trunk design. Unique rooftop patio with trees.
- Wizard's Retreat - Ancient cobblestone construction with crawling ivy. Glowing crystals and large crystal trees.
Traditional Japanese theme with homes nestled in picturesque areas with mossy rocks and colorful trees.
- House of Mizu - Traditional Japanese architecture. Raised flooring with tatami mats.
- House of Hi - Traditional Japanese architecture. Exterior balcony. Raised flooring with tatami mats.
- House of Kaze - Traditional Japanese architecture. Spacious, single room interior. Raised flooring with tatami mats.
- House of Tsuchi - Traditional Japanese architecture. Raised flooring with tatami mats. Spacious, single room interior. Dual doors made of rice paper and wood.
Linden Home Features
Welcome to your new Linden Home. Linden Homes contain one or more of the following features, depending on the home you selected:
- Touch entry - Left-click the front door to enter and exit your home.
- Touch lighting - Click the lights to toggle them on and off.
- Working fireplace - Click the fireplace to toggle a fire on and off.
Each Linden Home includes 117 prims on a 512 m2 parcel.
Upcoming Features
Each Linden Home contains a Home Control Panel. This feature is under development and is not active on Linden Homes yet. When complete, it will allow for some texture customization on parts of your home.
Restrictions
Linden Homes have restrictions as outlined in the Linden Home covenant. The covenant is available for your review inworld. When standing on your home parcel, go to World > About Land and click the Covenant tab.
