"Cost/Benefit" Debate?!
I cannot stress enough how infuriating the following comment by Joe Linden is (quoted from the transcript):

I'm sorry, but WHAT? Developers have spent hundreds, if not thousands of man-hours developing patches for Linden Lab FOR FREE, and they have the gall to question whether it's cost-effective? If there is truly such a debate going on, Linden Lab no longer deserves Open-Source community assistance.
